GiftingKeeda Ceramic Cup & Plate Gift Hamper | Set of 2 Cups & 2 Plates

At GiftingKeeda, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement subject to the conditions below.

• Unboxing video is mandatory: Please record a clear, continuous, unedited video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the sealed outer package, shipping label, opening of the package and the product received. Claims for damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

• Return request: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, reason for return, photographs and the unboxing video. Email - giftingkeeda@gmail.com

• Product condition: Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, accessories and complimentary items intact.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service and retaining the tracking details until the return is completed.

• Quality check: Receiving the returned product does not automatically approve a refund or replacement. Once the product reaches us, our team will inspect it to confirm its condition and eligibility.

• Replacement or refund: After the returned product successfully passes our quality check, an approved replacement will be dispatched or an approved refund will be initiated, depending on the resolution agreed for the order.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the applicable/original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after the refund has been initiated.

• Non-returnable products: Products that show signs of use, wear, alteration, accidental damage or missing packaging/accessories may not be eligible for return.

• Personalised/customised products: If GiftingKeeda sells personalised hampers or customised products, these should normally be marked non-returnable, except where the item received is damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gift hampers, personalised, customised, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, as they are specially prepared or curated for each order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us with a clear unboxing video so we can review and resolve the issue.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GiftingKeeda, we want your jewellery and gifts to reach you safely and beautifully packed. Please keep the following in mind while placing your order:

• Dispatch Time: Regular products are generally dispatched within 2–5 working days after the order is confirmed.

• Customized & Personalised Products: Dispatch timelines for customised, personalised or made-to-order products may vary. The applicable processing/dispatch time will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

• Delivery Time: Dispatch time and delivery time are different. Once dispatched, actual delivery time depends on the destination PIN code, courier partner and service availability.

• Festivals & Holidays: During festivals, public holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volumes, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual. Courier networks can also experience additional congestion during festive periods.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact details provided with your order, wherever tracking is available. Courier tracking can provide updated delivery timelines if a shipment is delayed.

• Correct Shipping Details: Please ensure your name, complete address, PIN code and mobile number are entered correctly while placing the order. GiftingKeeda cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

• Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner may make another attempt or return the shipment to us, depending on its delivery policy. Please keep your registered phone number accessible around the expected delivery period.

• Unexpected Delays: Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, transport disruptions, courier operational issues, regional restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Updated tracking information should be used for the latest shipment status.

• Damaged or Tampered Packages: If the outer package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at delivery, please take photographs/video before opening it. As mentioned in our Return Policy, a clear, continuous unboxing video is required for claims relating to damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products.

• Gifting Orders: If you're ordering for a birthday, anniversary, festival or another date-specific occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance. While we will make every reasonable effort to dispatch within the stated timeline, delivery by a particular occasion cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

Good gifts are worth waiting for! We pack every order with care, so please allow us the stated processing time before your little box of happiness begins its journey to you.

No Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At GiftingKeeda, all orders are currently prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

As a small and growing business, every order is carefully selected, checked, packed and shipped by us. A COD order that is refused or remains undelivered is returned to us, resulting in both forward and return shipping costs, along with packaging and handling expenses. These Return-to-Origin (RTO) costs can have a significant impact on small businesses.

To help us keep our products fairly priced and focus our resources on genuine orders and better customer service, we have chosen to keep GiftingKeeda a prepaid-only store.

• 100% prepaid orders: Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is confirmed.

• No COD: Cash on Delivery is currently not available on any jewellery, accessories, gift hampers or customised products.

• Secure online payments: Customers can use the online payment options available at checkout.

• Order confirmation: Your order will be processed once successful payment is confirmed.

• Secure shopping: Choosing prepaid-only does not affect our return, replacement or refund policy. Eligible issues will continue to be handled according to the GiftingKeeda Return & Refund Policy.

• Need help before ordering? If you have questions about a product, size, colour, gifting option or your order, please contact us before completing your purchase. We're happy to help.

We're a small business, and every order means a lot to us.

By choosing prepaid payment, you help us avoid the cost and waste associated with unaccepted COD parcels—and allow us to put that effort back into better products, thoughtful packaging and your gifting experience.

Thank you for supporting GiftingKeeda. 💝
